Management knows it has several methhead, pill poppers and tweekers working there. They continue to allow them to prepare YOUR food. Drug addicts have a higher rate of Hepatitas, HIV, STD's, ect... not to mention all the "tweeker sores" they have. I will NOT return until the place is cleaned up ! P.S. CHANGE YOUR DEEP FRY OIL !!! Sorry to see a Redding landmark go soo far downhill. In this day and age of unemployment. Dont tell me you cant find good, clean workers. 09-16-2009

I was a little disappointed in Tortilla Flats. In my opinion, it seemes a little overpriced with fewer choices than I am used to. The restaurant seems extremely dim, which makes reading the menu difficult. There were candles on the table, that did make it easier. Upon entrance we waited at least 20 minutes before seating, the chips seemed stale, while the salsa seemed overly bland. All in all I was disappointed.
