If you cannot keep your appointment, please call to cancel so someone else can be scheduled at that time. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.**After Hours** clinician access, call 246-5710.**Payments** - We accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, CMSP, self-pay patients and some private insurance. We are a Blue Cross / Blue Shield Delta Dental Healthy Families provider (some limitations apply). Please call to find out if SCHC if a provider for your insurance.
